Endodontic treatment or treatment of ducts is a procedure that removes the pulp of a tooth affected, damaged or dead and sealed. This is therefore the root canal treatment. Therapy consists of the removal of part or complete removal of the dental pulp and applies mainly in fractured parts, with deep caries or injured tissue in its pulp.
